Javed don,t go to any nursery just call on 03009896487.i don,t remember the name of the guy but he will give you aplus grade grass on cheaper rates.He works at farm houses at chaq shazad.he offers both types Bermuda & Korean.another thing he will give you fresh healthy grass.the nursery men also use to purchase grass from farm houses on cheaper rates.
please visit him on full sunny day & choose the grass your self from the farm.add manure to the lawn area before planting grass.water it so that the weeds may grow,spray with non selectable herbicide(Round up).hoe the area after the weeds completely die down.repeat the task again in same way three times again.so when you are sure no more weeds in the area.mix some SSP into the soil & hoe it.your area is ready for grass go & purchase grass of your choice.the seller will offer you grass in carpet form also saying you that you can get established lawn in one step.but don,t go for carpet.when you purchase it loosen the grass.the point is when you loosen the carpet you will point out the DEELA bublets & throw it out side.DEELA is a nonsense in grass.also when purchasing take care that the patch you are purching should have minimum visible DEELA.the seller will also try to say what you mali do all the day.i think you got my point.measure you area & divide it by 4 & you got your required grass.
