Welcome to the forum, do share pictures of your garden.. using a good potting mix is the key to successful container gardening.. on the Garden Web there are many posts by 'tapla' on making a near-to-ideal potting mix but unfortunately the material he uses are not available here.. however, we can find out the alternatives when we discus this in future...

Thank you Izhar. I truly appreciate your welcoming message. Indeed I am aware of the importance of quality and appropriate potting mix. As you said its hard to find the mixes that we often read about on various websites therefore with no exception i am using the local formula Bhul + cowmanure + silica sand(subject to type of plant) I also use coconut skin for good drainage. What my containers lack is a real organic compost as i recently started with basic herbs & salads. I will look forward to your discussions regarding alternatives.
Yes I would certainly start posting the pictures once the garden would shaping up bit well, my esthetics won't allow me to show you a big mess at this stage

Unfortunately its cold and I am left with no option other than sealing and painting those 100 + pots that i bought. Later I'll post the list of plants I already have and will keep on posting the new ones. I am making a diary of it like a Vampire
Thank you once again for having me. Last night i spent around 2 hours going through with different topics at your site and its so helpful and informative, you guys are doing a great job.
