Welcome to the forum
Regarding Lawn, it seems your lawn is not leveled up properly. Hire labor and ask him to level the soil by spading. This is no big problem and is hardly an hour's job. As you will get your lawn leveled, you will uproot some grass and as you said, there are grass less patches as well. So i suggest you purchase some Square feet of grass dependent on requirement from local nursery(identify your grass so that both match). Then you can fill up the patches as well as leveled up area.
Time to plant grass is starting in next month. General price for grass is Rs.6-15 per square/feet.
It will require good watering after you have done the patch work
Feed with Urea and DAP (inorganic fertilizers) after you have put the grass.
Get the weeds removed.
Regular mowing of grass will help it spread even and thick.
