Opinion Poll feature added for every member

We have added poll feature for every member i.e every member can create polls(Only in opinion poll sub-forum)

This will help members if they like to have public opinion regarding any issue.
Be advised this feature will only be available when you are posting a new thread/reply in Opinion Poll sub-section.

Please see the picture below. Beside upload attachment option the new feature of poll(in form of tab) will be visible. You can ask question and give options in the space below as you like.

If you face any difficulty feel free to ask.
Misuse of this feature by any member may cause his/her permission to be withdrawn.
