At Royal Palm in all beds (irrespective of the ultimate size of the bush) the planting was one foot apart.
What in your opinion should be the distance between the plants in case of Miniatures, Floribunda, Tea roses, Climbers and Ramblers.
I have 10 feet by 160 feet slope which I plan to cover with Ramblers, should I plant them at the top, at middle, or at the bottom of the slope?

If you know the variety you are planting Brig saheb then the height and spread of the bush can easily be looked up on internet. Miniatures usually 1-1.5 foot apart, hybrid teas and floribundas usually 3 feet apart. Ramblers usually 10 feet. This can change on how you plan on pruning the rose. Recommended pruning is usually not more than 1/3 to 1/2 of bush, cut off all crossing cases at base. If you plan on running the rambler down the hill then plant on top and if running them up then down the hill. I think it might flower best if you plant at base and run them up at a 45 degree angle to encourage side shoots which flower. This will also decrease the amount of watering since at the top of the hill it will dry out soon and watering will be a headache.

Very happy to see the faces of peoples who are the proud of our forum. :D . The fourth person in the picture posted by Brig. Sb. is definitely Dr. Amir. The roses are very beautiful, seen some varieties first time in Pakistan, good job by Royal Palm.
