can you please suggest some care and watering pattern for Brinjals. I dont want to flowers to drop without setting fruits.

Water the plants when the upper layer of soil is dried up. Add some manure to the container. There can be other reasons if the flowers are dropping without setting fruit. Maybe there are Spider mites or Aphids on the plant? The other reason maybe is that they are too young.
