Dear Tahir Khan
foliage is dying now .. should i keep on watering this plant till it die or i stop watering ??
Khalid sb reduce watering but dont let it dry until the foliage fully yellows, once the foliage yellows then u can stop and when the leaves become papery dry take out the corms and store them.

The first one is 'Ledebouria socialis' it is a bulbous plant from the Hyacinth family, valued by cactus and succulent growers because of its fleshy and speckled foliage, thrives best in well drained soil and a shady spot..
The second and third are 'Canna Indica' commonly called 'Indian shot' because of its hard seeds which were used as rifle shot bullets in the early Americas... it grows from rhizomes and can adapt to harsh summers.
