Plantation in my Garden

I had joined this forum in last October 2012. I had not much interest in gardening. credit goes to this forum that let me discover the world of gardening. I have limited space. only 4x4 sq feet in house and same size of space outside of my home. so i have to use pots.
i dont know IDs of maximum plants. I need ur guidance to find IDs of these plants. There are a lots of mistakes buying seedlings. So in next season, I ll grow my own seedlings. Here are few snaps of my plants.

Good effort even with limited space you have a nice variety of flowers especially the delphenium ranunculus and the lilium
