I planted it on 15th March, put its pot in shade. Its stem started to grow before 10 days.
I got two bulbs, only one sprouted and waiting for other.

Then it must be the bulb that had the bloom inside.. the other one might not have a flower bud inside..

Irfan, I think your pot is too small, Last year I planted three bulbs each in 14 inch pots and found their roots had completely filled the pot, the bulbs also increased in size.
My advice transfer them to a bigger pot.
The flower first and then the leaves, the leaves of flowering and non flowering (young) bulbe come out togather.
Channan din had Indian bulbs but they were too small to my liking.

I got these bulbs from chanan Din. They advised to plant them in small pot and after bloom transfer them in wider space.
