Empress Tree (Paulownia tomentosa) in Pakistan & its growth?

Hi,

I wanted to ask if Empress tree can grow in Lahore Pakistan?

and in what season should it be planted?

and anyone knows from where I can buy it, if its available...Model town E block market or Kalma Chowk or somewhere else?

Following points are important regarding empress tree:
1- It flowers good in bhurban
2- I am yet to see it flower in lahore
3- One species Paulownia kawakamii flowers in phoenix arizona which is equally hot in summer months. But in phoeniz arizona they get lot more colder in winter months than we do at lahore. So my guess is, it will not get that cold chill required for blooms.

I had at least 3 species seeds and i grew few plants but then gave the plants to some others. It is the fastest growing tree in the world. You can try kalma chowk nurseries but i would advise grow your own for seed.

Sept would be okay for me to seed them or plant them?
