Is Vigna, Corkscrew Vine annual or perennial in our climate ?

It'll drop it's leaves in the winter and would come back in the spring.Would shoot up again from roots if cut.

What is the urdu name for this vine? and does anybody know where can i get it from isb or pindi? i went to this nursery on peshawar road, that joins pindi and isbd,,,but the plants were all pesty, and i was not impressed by the plant verieities. moreover, it was very costly, bought two flower pots for 600, whereas last month, my mum brought me six in less than 500 from khushab.
