i have insect(small black color) problem with ocimum (niaz bou) plant. what shoul i do???
Gulcheen ne koshish kar dali, soni ho chaman ki har dali,...
kantoon ne mubarak kam kia, pholon ki hifazat kar baithe....

A picture is worth a thousand words...please post a close up of the diseased part. It will help the readers identify the bugs and suggest a solution.

These look like aphids - one of the most noxious pests but easiest to get rid of. If you wish to use homemade remedies and if the infection is present only this plant (using a pesticide is my last resort), you can boil ~10 garlic cloves in water/ 1 liter. Strain it and add few drops of dish washing detergent and spray on the plants. Aphids die instantly. Make sure the underneath surface of the leaves is drenched as well.

As a good gardener keep an observant eye on plants.
