Young strawberry plants dieng..
I planted strawberry plants (they had 1 to 4 leaves) out in the open few weeks earlier. They get full sun all day and i also water them adequately. Now the problem i am facing in a few plants is that their leaves are drying out one by one. There are few plants with no sign of life left. Can anybody tell me where things have gone wrong or what i should do now???

I had the same problem 3-4 weeks ago. I planted roots in cups, new leaves grew and then suddenly each and every plant (supposedly) died.
However, 2 days ago I saw new growth in most of the plants. I problem I diagnosed, was FROST, plants were in open with adequate sunlight. what I did was simply move all of the plants under shade but in direct sun light ( no clear sky above the plants). This did the trick. Just 1 more thing, water only when soil surface is properly dried. hopefully your plants will revive.

My strawberries are also struggling. They are in fruit patee crate in full sun in open. I guess that quality of runners is very important and i bought from Chanan din

I am in the same boat.
Re: Young strawberry plants dieng..
Khabbab, true that quality of runners is very imp but this season it's something else, I got mine from more green and same fate. However, 50% of my plants revived (still 2-4 leaves and don't know if they will fruit this season or not). I am planning to transplant once nights temp goes up a bit (10-15 days).
Few pics attached and tips would be much appreciated.
