For heat tolerant annuals like marigold, petunia, salvia, calendula, dianthus, cosmos, phlox etc ... yes but wait till mid of October for sensitive seedlings like pansy, carnations, nasturtiums, pelargoniums, lisianthus etc etc

Aoa,Khan sb wait,let the temp drop more.plant after 20th OCT.i,l be late because i will have to enjoy the Mari golds,ha ha ha.Khan sb frankly speaking the temp is my real guide line.another good sign for cool crops is the appearance of cool season weeds.Thirdly notice the dew in your lawn in morning.i always notice dew because for the sowing of prickly leafed Spinach.

It is still hot and i agree to Umar Khan, Wait till 20th October.
