I'm so glade i came across this website, Like the lot of you Ito like flowers like one Raat ki ran,chamelli and other such flowers from pakistan. but the only problem is the i live in the uk and no body growes them here or sell seed for these flowers. Welcome to the forum ahmad. The shrubs you mentioned are mostly propagated by cuttings or layering and not by seeds. Most of these are common here but seeds are not common. Best of luck with the seeds search.
