Need help for my hibiscus plant

My Hibiscus plant has these bus on it and i saw som white powder on the flowers too in previous season ..flowers fall off before fully blooming and have white powder and bugs like insects ..any helpful pesticide or if any one encountered same problem ...help please

If its white bug then it must be mealy bug,I had the same problem with some of my hibiscus. They love hibiscus and will invade it if you don't watch your plants on weekly basis.

Another MUST thing is to buy a general plant pesticide and spray your hibiscus every 15 days, whether you see bugs or not.. mealy bugs, scale insect and spider mites are serious threat for them..
