Help for grass

i have dhaka grass
1. how to treat this dampness and green surface in lawn whre grass is damaged ...
2.is it helpful to plant the korean grass on the patches where low sunlight and soil remains damp ..i mean a side of my lawn ... will it cmpete the bermuda in spreading ...

No Korean grass also not work in shade area.put some fertilizer in this area as well doing some godi

It appears to be moss. I usually treat it by raking it out and aerating the soil underneath by forking and applying sand to improve drainage.

I think the drainage in this part of the soil is not good that is why this situation occurred. This also can be due to the bad, clay, soil. Make better the aeration and drainage.
