I have recently brought two gardenia plants from nursery, one is with plain leaves and other is variegated. Please check, analyze and guide me its treatment as healthy plant.

I suggest that u should buy healthy and diseased free plants instead of lazy, stunned and diseased plants.

For the plant in 1st picture remove the infected buds and 2nd plant either ur plant is suffering from heat stress or it may be fungus leaf spot.
