Succulents - Help them live and donate some please! :)

Hi,

I have had various succulents this year but all have ended up dead. A few were ravaged by our cat and knocked over by my nephew. I repotted them but they died. I love this plant variety. I need personal experiences on what works with them and whether they are better outside or inside. Being inside do they need constant sunlight access? I also wanted to know about their potting mix. I also tried growing some by their leaves and the process was almost successful; I had new growth but the plant later died.

I am also looking for someone in Islamabad who can donate succulents for my garden.

Thank you.

major cause of succulents going rot or dead is excessive watering or the soil retains water for long time. Most of them like sunshine or partial shade near sun. many varieties of succulents are available in Nurseries in sector H-9 near Peshawer Mor and near
Rawal Dam and Shehzad Town Islamabad. prices depend on species and age/size of succulent

No one likes to part with mothers, except on natural death.
