I just take them out, wash and let them dry for 3-4 days under shade. Then cut their leaves off and put them in a paper bag. I have stored them in closet, drawers, even in a corner of open roof..!! they also sprout back from the tubers left in ground... they are very easy plants in Karachi..

Gardeners in colder climates do not usually dig but leave them in their pots and hold the water completely until the next season, they cover the pot with news papers and keep it in their basement or garage..

In Karachi the climate allows you to save this bulb but in Lahore & north region we can not save it.thats the reason i do not grow it any more.
