When to plant these seeds?

I got the following seeds today and was hoping someone can tell me when to plant these directly in the soil bed considering Lahore's climate. I do have a small greenhouse and I'm wondering if I should plant them there (it's too hot and humid in it though).
Shasta Daisy (Chrysanthemum maximum)
California Poppy (Eschscholzia californica)
Sunflower "Velvet Queen" (Helianthus annuus)
Cornflower Dwarf (Centaurea cyanus)
Russel Lupine (Lupinus polyphyllus)
Texas Bluebonnet (Lupinus texensis)
Aster "Giants of California" (Callistephus)
Southwest wildflower mix (Like Arizona climate)
Zinnia
Cosmos
Onion "Heshiko" (Allium sepa)
Onion "Crystal White Wax" Allium sepa)
Cauliflower "Snowball Y Improved" (Brassica oleracea)
Chinese Cabbage (Brassica Rapa)
Turnip "Purple Top White Globe" (Brassica rapa)
Tomato "Floradade"
Tomato "Roma"
Eggplant "Black beauty"
Leek "American Flag"
Pepper "Cayene Long Red Thin"
Thanks in advance for your trouble.
