How much time plant Cutting can use?

How much time Plant Cutting can use for growing new plants? If it's not possible to plant it immediately.
Is it rooting powder any helpful to increase time frame of a Plant Cutting. or any other procedure to increase time frame.

It depends on the plant cuttings, dirt used, and growth hormone always makes the process faster. Depending on the plant if you have ten cuttings and four were good you have done your job.

Generally speaking, keep the cutting moist so it doesn't dry out. You might try placing the cutting in a plastic bag. Rooting hormone will definitely speed the process. For roses I think it'll be anywhere from 3-6 weeks before you have decent roots. Never take it out of the plastic bag immediately. OPen it more and more gradually over several days till the cutting is acclamatised to the atmosphere outside. There's lots of good info on the net.
