Is this result of a pest or weather

The branches of some of the palm plants I have are getting damaged, I am not sure if its because of an insect, winter or any other reason. Please guide

This one is alexandria palm and I’m not sure if it’s a pest or disease, may be because it’s very close to wall and may be due to in contact with humans while passing by because most palm leaves are sensitive, try to put it in such a place where there will be no chance to be in contact with anything secondly it’s a big plant it will be better to plant it in garden instead of a pot may be this will help.
