I bought 10 bulbs of Allium Glob Master and eagerly waited for the grand blooms. 9 bulbs were planted in the ground and one in a pot.
The tips of the foliage as it emerged were burnt, both of the one in pot and those in ground. One has bloomed and it is DISAPPOINTING.
I was also presented an Allium by Dr. AY Khan in 14 inch pot; it also has similar burning of leaves tips.

Any suggestion and what is your experience?

Probably you did not provide enough chilling to them?

They remained in Fridg until planted.
Will some other member post pictures of his own Glob masters and give his true opinion.

One more plant bloomed but it was not worth photographing.

Announcing the demise of all, no more Alliums for me.

My alliums are doing ok ........ except for the flowering .......
