The procedure is as simple as ABC..!! and can be applied to almost all cuttings... you just have to take the tip cuttings and change water daily...
The problem arises in transplantation... these roots are known as water roots which are weaker and are not ready to absorb nutrition from soil.. many of these roots rot.. precaution is to plant them in smallest pots in plain garden soil with no fertilizer whatsoever.. let the new roots form, which may take maximum 15 days then transplant the whole plant in larger pot with fertilized medium...

It was actually the first one i tried in water.. previous three planted in soil directly, failed...
