How to save Adenium seedlings??

Hello everyone, i planted 10 adenium seeds in a 10 inch pot i made sure the soil mixture was well drained, the seeds germinated in 3 days and showed fast growth but after a week the growth became very slow and i could the see plants were loose as if the roots were not well grounded, last week four seedlings fell and died now i am left with 6 seedlings and they are a bt wobbly too any suggestions how to save them??
sorry the picture isnt very clear the seedlings are just 1 1/2 inch

Plant them in a mix of garden soil and sand (3:1) ratio, don't add any manure or compost and only water them when dry.. they are very easy..

should i add some fine gravel to the pot mix??
