...I think I found my true bronze rose. The first bloom of Bronze Star is beautiful. Still a very small plant but flower size is promising. Tequila Sunrise is more with the burnt edges.

ommmm T.Sunrise its a very hardy hybrid tea so beautiful so nice with mild perfume.Khan sb you really have a nice collection.its a promising garden performer.Khan sb frankly speaking i love hybrid teas.this class is my favorite.
I think i should add Broze star.let me know how it performs for you Khan sb.i,l take update from you in moonsoon.Hibiscus are very very nice but i have a limited space so can,t afford to plant it.

Khan sahib I was surprised at the beauty of Bronze Star. It is also fragrant. Mature plant should give 6" blooms. I love this color in roses so have got Pat Austin, Lady Emma Hamilton, Crown Princess Margareta, Tequila Sunrise and Bronze Star.

Khan sahib there are a lot of varieties in tropical hibiscus now. They will flower after roses are done and in the humidity months when roses are mostly dormant. Similarly oleanders will flower when probably nothing else will.
