If it is not up to my standard, it does not stay. Recently I composted a bed of Calendula (flowers were not to my standard), same to Malva plants (not to my liking)
I saw Calliandra in flowers and bought a few plants, later I found another variety with bigger and more blooms so I bought some more, now I am fixed to a third variety which has even bigger flowers so the first two varieties are being up rooted.
Many other plants were grown and discarded without regret.
