Muscari's Bloom

MUSCARIis a bulbous plant also called GRAPE HYCINTHS, it flowers look like clusters of upside-down grapes, they are early bloomers and loves the winter. Once established they multiply at an enourmous scale.Following photos i have taken recently of my first experience with MUSCARIS.

Muscaris belong to Neitherlands and are difficult to grow in hot zones, they waited to bloom until temperatures go below 10 C , timing is critical.

Beautiful!
They reminded me of my ALLAH BAKHSHAY blueberry plant. Flower shape is identical.

They bloom easily in lahore. But flowers are very small. Once i grew them and they were fragrant.

this bulb like many other bulbs is fit for hilly stations not for our plains.not a bulb for hot climates.
