Really! Can the ones blooming now stay till then or fresh seedlings can/need be grown? In either case,Ithink not at the cost of spring flowers unless one had unlimited ground beds space. Don't u agree?

Re: MARIGOLD F-1 VANILLA
Those sown in Sep-Oct are declining, so new seeds can be sown now, i use them a filler plants (due to large space), using the seeds of my own plants.. except for the hottest period, marigold blooms year round..

Izhar, Thanks for your reply. Actually I wasn't able to locate that's post the question in Introduction section.
Please clarify, you mean we can keep MariGold whole year but for this we have to grow new plants using the seeds of old one, right?
what is the age of a MariGold and how much time it will take to grow up from Seeds? It is important to keep the area flowered all the time right?

Re: MARIGOLD F-1 VANILLA
By sowing the seeds with month gap, you will be able to keep marigolds blooming in your garden throughout the year except for the hottest period.. the age of a marigold plant is on an average 4 months before loosing its prime.. if you want a plant to bloom 12 months a year then try Sulfur cosmos and Gaillardia...
