Efforts and failures aside, the warm green color of seedlings is so mirthful, enough to warm the heart of gardener no matter how harsh was the fall and winter. Damage came up in very unexpected ways this year, Too much caution(in selection of media) can be fatal too and then these cats...think that this frost protection is for them and play all night long uprooting small seedlings.

Weather is changing as apparent from the color of plants. Purplish tone is fading away and new growth is evident. Sun shines more brightly, however we must know the season of cloud and rain is yet to come. Frost protection tentatively to go away in ten days time. Nanthra requires pruning post frost, i hope badly affected shows new growth quickly.
