We can start a separate thread with heading of Roses With Description. Absolutely agreed. Sometimes I see roses (mostly in pics) which have very similar looking flowers but a strikingly different name. Mostly, leaves, branches and shape of the plant are not visible in the pics. At least for a rose novice like me, it would be quite an education if learned members give their input and enumerate the differences in similar looking roses....all in one thread.rafique wrote:We can start a separate thread with heading of Roses With Description. There may be differences in ID but with discussion we can settle these things. After this effort a reference would be available. Same practice can be adopted for bulbs(amaryllis, lilies, irises ). It would be helpful for those not planting these and planning to do in future.
Agreed with your observation. Very nicely explained. Here light factor which you mentioned is more prominent as the roses were densely covered with other plants from all sides and were not getting enough light and air.farhan137 wrote:What i have observed is that when you mass plant/plant closer than recommended distances for a fuller look, individual plants suffer in terms of health as they are competing. Another thing that i have observed is that when you plant closer, plants tend to grow taller searching for sunlight. I think the rose in picture is doing same.....As you have removed other plants Insha Allah it will soon catchup.
