Fantastic; that is how I wish to grow my Chrysanthemums.
Please give us in Detail all the steps required to achieve this result.
Starting from planting of suckers (in ground or individual pots), Soil of containers, Tip pruning (how often & how long), Fertilisation (initial and subsequent) NPK ratio and quantity, how much sun, watering etc.

Amazing....... reflects a lot of hard work.

I would like to mention what worked best for my mums:

1) Semi shade during summers
2) No fertilizing and lots of watering entire summers
3) Susceptible to mealy bugs so a fortnightly spray is must
4) Pinching makes a difference, makes plants bushy and manageable
5) Now comes the July, divide the suckers and take cuttings
6) Use DAP in small quantity
7) Pinch more as the shoots grow fast now
8) Buds will be appearing by mid or late October, so in early October stop DAP and start NPK (a balanced one or the one with more Potash "K")
9) Stop pinching
10) Taller varieties need support its a MUST! for good blooms
11) The plants should never be allowed to wave in the wind, protect from winds

One thing is that mums are not particular about soil mix and thrive in most, so do not put effort in it.

That is the general idea, how did Saqib manage it?
I would like a compact bush requiring NO support.

Sir, in my opinion these beautiful compact plants are result of pinching as I dont know if anyone here use growth retardants..

all the above simple rules mention by izhar was applied there was nothing fancy and hard work involved , nature was generous enough to take good care
I have grown the sukers in ground in a shady area where they receive only the early morning sun , no fertilizer was applied during summer ,pinching and pruning was a routine, in sept they were transplanted in large pots filled with mixture of bhal and manure pinching was stopped in oct and pots were placed at roof top to get every available ray of sunlight small amount of locally available urea and dap was applied at this stage , to make them look bit compact i have removed many buds with their stems and stakes are also there to support stems but could not be seen in these pics
