need kind suggestions for new lawn
Its my first time experience I need suggestion for grass and for plants.the dimensions of my lawn are 30ft*38ft...specially khabal grass looking in photos what will I do for it before applying new grass.waiting for precious advice from seniors..

Assalamoalaikum
it will be better if u get ur lawn excavated upto 16 inches then fill it with lumi soil and flood it with water for better compaction. then level it, if ur lawn is sun facing plug or carpet dhaka grass. if ur lawn is shady then plug or carpet korean grass. remember korean grass is difficult to maintain. keep it moving thinly otherwise it may become difficult to mov it.since ot is quite guff so it allows the moisture to stay in it wfich causes fungal attack
