At least we can enjoy the exceptional blooms each season. I use my iPad as a coffee table gardening magazine each spring

Re: Project Spring 2014
This winter, rains were scarce and light, however Met Dept is forecasting continuous and heavy rain season starting next week. Not a good time, especially for wheat growers. Fingers crossed.
Today.....
Again from last year's corm

Arctotis...Small, tidy plant with Gazania like flowers. I think they are from same family. Flower closes at around 3 PM.

New flower in Blue collection. Don't know its name but has a charming centre.

Linum charmer, each day a new color

Gerbera

From seedling

Izhar this is the trailing petunia, i bought it from Islamabad. Has a smaller flower.

I think virginia stock is at its peak and future rains will mean its end. Very easy plant, true from seed.

Flower power of a single heirloom dahlberg daisy plant

The contrast
