Re: Roses in Lahore
Thank your for the information regarding mites. Shall check whether it is the mites or the heat. Asma Sharifa has the best fragrance. Shall post some pictures of it later. LD Braithwaite and the Prince also have a unique shape.

Re: Roses in Lahore
I doubt heat as your other roses are healthy and do not have leaves curling

Re: Roses in Lahore
The most perfect red shape. Unable to capture the exact colour which is darker black by atleast 50% more than captured on the photo. 3 photos of the same red at different times.

Pat Austin is very beautiful. I just put a bare root in the ground so waiting for the blooms. Also put in Claire Austin which is white. You have an excellent collection of roses masha'Allah.

Re: Roses in Lahore
Asma Sharifa is one of the most fragrant DA rose. It is not dwarf though since I have it own root and it is about 5 feet already but bushy habit.

Re: Roses in Lahore
The blooms in Lahore can be increased further my making the soil more acidic. By adding 2ml of sulphuric acid in 1 litre of water, acidity can be increased to obtain a better yield.
