One of my rose have the following symptoms. Is it die back or some thing else? I pruned the all effected stems and then sprayed with fungcide?
Mostly newly sprouted stems are effected.
Please Advice.

Don,t use Fungicides these days.its too hot & dry whether.Start Fungicides when frequent moonsoon rains start.Fungicides in hot wether specially on sunny day may cause burn to the foliage & new shoots.
Another mistake which usually we make don,t use the same pump which you may have used for spraying broad leafed weed killers on the lawn.if such remove all effected shoots & throughly sprinkle water over the foliage to min the weed killers effect.

Thank you umar bahai for advice really valuable as always .
As fungicide is concerned i was not using in hot sunny days but now i have started.
These symptoms appeared after the last heavy rains of pre monsoon spell. May the water log be the cause of this one ?
