Re: Vinca seedlings
If it is desi one then it will grow and bloom but the vigor and bloom size will be comparatively inferior...

Re: Vinca seedlings
In the mild winters of Jubail (similar to Karachi) Vinca season has just arrived , they are blooming everywhere and after a small break in DEC/JAN they will start producing bloom again. There peak reaches here in APRIL/MAY.
I beleive you can relocate them in pots and avoid frost (PALA) in winters, by putting them in a place not open to sky but having full sunlight, (like garage or under window shades south facing) they will survive and will produce the blooms in APRIL.

Yes! similar thing happened to my desi vinca. The original plant died leaving behind its seeds. The seeds sprouted in the wrong season just about one month back and now desi vinca is flowering but as said by Izhar bhai its vigor has been decreased.
