Has anyone experienced growing rosa olivia? It's supposed to be a very common variety in England. Is it easy to care for here.?

Its an Austin rose... may be KBW knows better about this bush... I have experience of another similar very fragrant Austin rose "SHARIFA ASMA" which is easily available and grows better too...

Re: Rosa Olivia
Olivia is one of the latest roses by DA, i reckon it will be a while before it is available in Pakistan. It is not every day DA claims a rose as all time best rose by DA

Re: Rosa Olivia
Olivia Rose Austin comes with a good reputation but other than the comments from David Austin (which are commercial in nature), one needs to look for personal growing experience from someone. I haven't grown it myself but have seen it outside Pakistan and it is impressive. However, many roses growing well outside Pakistan do not grow well here and vice versa.
Would love to have this rose anyway but have too many pinks already. Other similar looking roses from DA in this shade are Mary Rose, Gertrude Jekyll, Strawberry Hill, James Galway, The Mayflower, Wiseley 2008 and few others too because this is a very common shade in roses.
