I could not locate the spiders but the web has vertically killed my Dahlia. I have sprayed with insecticide, will it be saved?

This is Spider mite attack... insecticides would be useless as they are not insects rather arachnids... use miticide like Oberon of Bayer...

I used CONFIDOR of Bayer this morning, now I find orangeish granular powder on tips of leaves and also on the web.

Sir, these granules are in fact the minute mites.... Confidor is useless on them... you have to get a miticide...

Dahlias are very easily attacked by mites. from last session, i am fighting hard against them. the only possible solution is Neem oil with dish wash liquid mixed in warm water and spray
