Bougainvillea: Dont water it or if it looks wilted only then water it, always keep it on dry side in full sun... prune in February slightly and it will flower by April and continue to do so year round.. do not fertilize it..

Cestrum diurnum: remove the black pods, give it liquid fertilizer in 1/4th strength with every watering.. it blooms year round except for coldest months

Jasminum sambac (motia): it will resume growth by February, dont worry and watch out for the pests like scale insects, once it starts growing fertilize it with any general purpose fertilizer

The marwa with smaller leaves is good for large pots and the one with larger leaves is good in ground, both produce abundant blooms, remove the seeds pods after flowering to encourage more flowering and healthy plant..

Your plants look very dusty, give them a shower and wipe out the dust, this will help in prevention of pests and the plants will look good too...
