thankyou all,
now i m going to change the pot of glads, i will transfer glads to bigger pot and put more soil to give depth of 2-3 inch to the bulbs.. will it be fine ???

freesias corms are now 3"inch tall .. freesias are in 4" small pot, i have to shift these also, give me tips for transfering freesias, one thing more during transfering pot process is it harmful to naked the sprouted bulb from soil ???

do not transplant any of them.. they might get stunted completely...!!
Keep them where they are, they have enough stored food for good blooms.. bulbous plants should never be disturbed during active growth.. the pot size for you glads is enough..

Just to make your understanding clear see the below from my last year Gardening photos, where 3 out of 4 glads have a weaker stem, they ultimately fell down.

This photo is of an ideal , healthy stem ! see one can easy tell from the stem of the glad that does it has enough energy to bloom or not ! a thin weak stem means no bloom and a healthy like in picture below means everything is OK.

Adnan don,t you stalk your glads.its good if you stalk them to support the heavy blooms weight.
