Normal garden soil and maybe some addition of cow manure. It depends on your soil, if its not poor.

Aoa as Farhan said well drained normal soil, well rotted cow manure is required for healthy Snapdragons.plant seedlings after three weeks mix some DAP(take care not to over dose) into the soil lightly hoeing.after that water it.there are two very popular varieties available on the market.F-1 Floral showers which is dwarf day length neutral series.its day length neutral so it blooms very fast(autumn).second variety is F-1 Sonnet.its a medium hight grower & needs at least 11-12 hours day length so its a late bloomer.its root system is very strong.i usually plant this variety in my garden as i have posted some pictures.
If you want some thing different then pink Madame Butterfly F1.this is also day length variety.if you want dwarf then pick F-1 Little darling but its not very commonly available on the market.

There is another variety also available on the market. Its F-1 Admiral series.its good if you want to plant Antirrhinum in the back of the bed or against a wall.its a tall grower & needs staking.

I could not get seeds of open face Antirrhinum from any one in lahore although they had advertised. Some had the seeds but wanted me to buy a full packet so I could not grow them.
Those who are growing it, save some seeds for me.
Thanks
Arif
