Umar, the harder you prune roses the better the flowering ... is tht the case?

exactly adnan sb u re rite.i prune them hard.the more u prune hard the more beautiful blooms.after hard prune i apply old cow manure.after a week i apply dap.when the first buds appears npk.when in flower foliar npk on forthnightly bases.
