Re: Hostas
Hostas are not a green house plant, the concept of green house is to maintain the Tropical temperatures in winters.
It is a care free and easy to grow plant . Every garden has a deep shade and cool corner, this cool corner is the best place for Hostas. Good drainage is necessary for this plant and if Canadian peat moss available then its "SONAY PAY SOHAGA". I mix cow manure and dirt (bhal) half/half and never covered the drainage hole of the container with stone, just fill/cover it with the dry leave.
Next year, in February I will send you few corms of this plant and will see the results.
