Summer care for roses

What are the things to do for rose in summer in Karachi? How many hours of sunlight is required for them in summer in Karachi?? Mine is getting at least four hours of sunlight.

Your endeavor should be to protect them, disregarding growth which is proportional to sunlight so to say. Most plants above 40 C seize growth due stress and anyway you have to prune them in fall/winter for prolific blooming......Do not fertilize, regular fungicide sprays.

Can I spray fungicide instead of insecticide on rose??

Fungicide is for fungus. Insecticide for insects. Neither can replace each others role.
The question is what are you faced with?
Don't worry about preventive sprays.......just keep a close watch if you observe anything abnormal then apply any fungicide or insecticide dependent on what you are faced with.

I'm facing white spider mites

Wash your plant with water very thoroughly for few days. Especially underside of leaves
Ensuring high humidity will kill the mites.

If problem persists use any general purpose pesticide/insecticide available for few days.

Jazak Allah Umer sb and Farhan sb. I probably wash the plant in morning because it will be evaporated by sun then otherwise if I spray it in evening then it will not evaporate and attract more insects.
and one more thing that If I can spray water in full sun??

You can wash in sun..
however spray pesticide in evening
