Can't say but bigger the better. The current size is good for this young plant. I have a motia (actually a climber) that has climbed the tree. Initially it looked very similar to ordinary motia.

Could motia be planted by sowing seeds which comes from it's flower?

bad option. cuttings are a faster option.
