No sir, as far as I can tell this is
not kev-ra. I know it is a variegated version but a green version of the very same plant was sold to me as well. I threw it away. Kev-ra leaves are leathery and dull green. They do not bend like the ones shown in the picture. The rest of the features are the same.
Your screwpine will flower some day like the real kev-ra but it might not be fragrant. And by all means it is too young to flower. Unfortunately we don't know whether it would be a male or a female tree :-(. As I mentioned earlier it will start to flower and you will need a ladder to actually see the flower! Just let it grow.
I had heard that Hamdard University (Karachi) has a botanical garden and they do have kevra plants. If someone can verify that would be great.
