Another reason for less dust is that usually there is a lot of concrete pavement and the soil has turf laid on it. Most places in USA the grass is a very thick turf so doesn't wear off like our fine Dhaka again exposing the dusty soil.

The thick turf that you see allover America, I wont have it in my lawn. By the way the grass that is being sold here as American grass, I did not see it any where in States.

Mostly in USA they use Kentucky Bluegrass and some people like Fescue which I think is the popular grass in gold courses.

Doesn't the grass we see in the hill stations here appear similar to that in the States & Europe?
