I think the weather of lemon is almost over now and there is also probability of it getting fungus when it is shifted to another pot.

In my view, any plant can be shifted from one container/place to another at any time of the year, as long as the roots don't get exposed. However, it is better to avoid extreme weather conditions.Mustansir Billah wrote:I think the weather of lemon is almost over now and there is also probability of it getting fungus when it is shifted to another pot.

Lovely. Who needs a garden if you can do it all on a roof top in large pots.

Re: My Home Vegetables and Fruits
looks great,,,, have you tried increasing the sizes of your pots for the bigger items like your lemon tree,,, larger pots can actually be made at home from wood as a square pot. If you treat it with some paint or varnish and line the inside of it with some plastic sheeting or even a number of large plastic sacks,, like the kind that hold marble chips or fertilisers etc secondly ensure the base has drainage holes and it is lifted off the ground... Some people actually charr or slightly burn the inside of the wooden pots in order to preserve the wood. they last for years.
Here are some that I made at home earlier this year, they are placed near the entrance and the plants were only just put in at the time of taking the photographs. Over the last few months they have done really well and I have rearranged them as well placing rocks therein to continue with the Japanese theme.
